When booking, please add as much detail as possible into the order notes section at checkout and include the following points:

1. The donut colour, flavour and design you’d like
   
2. Which store you will be collecting your order from
3. The date you would like to collect your order on
4. The estimated collection time (please note this needs to be within our regular store hours)
5. The name, contact number and email address you would like us to use if we need to get in touch about this order

PLEASE NOTE: WE NEED A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS NOTICE FOR ANY NEW ORDERS & COLLECTION IS AVAILABLE FROM ANY OF OUR STORES BUT ONLY WITHIN THEIR REGULAR OPENING HOURS (BARRY & NEWPORT STORES ARE CLOSED ON MONDAYS & TUESDAYS).

*We will review your design requests when the order comes in and confirm feasability with our bakery. If we need to contact you to amend or clarify the design you have requested we will use the contact information provided on your order.
